We realize that our patients have active lives and busy schedules. We offer early morning, lunch-hour, and evening appointments for your convenience. As a courtesy to you we try to confirm appointments by telephone 1-2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, however, if we are unable to contact you, your appointment card will serve as your confirmation, if you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our office 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to better serve our entire practice, including you. A charge will be made for failed appointments without a 24-hour notice. Exceptions to this rule can be determined on an individual basis.
