Appointments

We realize that our patients have active lives and busy schedules. We offer early am, lunch hour and evening appointments for your convenience.

As a courtesy to you we try to confirm appointments by telephone 1-2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, however, if we are unable to contact you, your appointment card will serve as your confirmation.

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please notify our office 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to better serve our entire practice, including you. A charge will be made for failed appointments without a 24-hour notice. Exceptions to this rule can be determined on an individual basis.

As an office, we attend clinical seminars regularly to remain current with every changing dental procedures and technology. Our business staff provides invaluable support for the overall quality of patient care and is available to assist you with any questions you may have.

Safe Comfortable Atmosphere

We consider it our duty to provide you with the safest dental care available. It is important to know that our dental chairs deliver water from self-contained units, which are changed between patients. All waterlines are maintained and sterilized regularly. The instruments used in this practice are steam sterilized in an autoclave for the safety and protection of our patients.

Our staff is attentive to your comfort and needs. We recognize that although we are quite comfortable in a dental office, many patients may not be. Therefore, we offer many amenities such as nitrous oxide (laughing gas), headphones, warm blankets and movies that can be viewed with special glasses while care is provided. We offer an extensive video/CD library to choose from or you may bring your favorite from home. Our “blue room” provides our patients with a more peaceful environment, the privacy of a door and aromatherapy. In certain situations a sedative may be prescribed for use before dental treatment. Please feel free to inform our team of ways we can enhance your visit and make dental treatment as pleasant as possible.

General and Cosmetic Dentistry

Our team of dental professionals is trained to expertly handle the vast majority of your dental needs. In addition to preventative care, we provide restorative, periodontal and root canal treatment as well as oral surgery. A comprehensive treatment plan cannot be successful without diagnostic x-rays at appropriate times. In certain situations we may refer you to a specialist for a consultation. We refer only to specialists of the highest caliber.

Personalized treatment plans are available. A treatment plan will outline your care options and financial commitment. We will try to obtain pre-estimates from your insurance provider in order to help determine treatment sequence.

We not only provide quality dentistry that is necessary to maintain optimal oral health, we also provide dentistry for those who wish to change their appearance for esthetic reasons. We offer several options for tooth whitening as well as all porcelain crowns. Billing and Insurance

Payment is expected at the time of service. The fees incurred as a result of services are your responsibility and obligation. Charges are determined in part by our overhead, the complexity of care you receive and the time involved in providing the necessary care. We accept most insurance plans and will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefits. The fees we charge are consistent with the usual and customary for this area, however, your benefit plan may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule that may not coincide with our fees. We want to help assist you in decisions regarding your oral health based on dental needs, not benefit plan allowances. Because insurance plans vary greatly, we will estimate your portion due based on the information provided to us by your insurance carrier.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, visa, mastercard and discover. For treatments over $1,500 financing is available through Dental Fee Plan that offers low and no interest plans.
